Meritool began the design and manufacture of cordless caulking guns in 1993. Our first products were sold to the Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) market as urethane dispensers. Since then we have expanded our range of adhesive guns to industries worldwide. The PowerPush Caulk Gun trademark has earned a reputation for quality, reliability and performance.
Cordless dispensers have grown in popularity as today’s markets transition to function economically and with on-demand powered caulk gun tools. Cordless products operate greener than other options, such as pneumatic dispensers.
Meritool innovates continuously having been granted many patents in the adhesive dispenser field – both domestic and international. Meritool has engineered a broad range of adhesive guns line to very dispensing need for both single and dual component cartridges and sausages.
Single component Cartridge guns are available in 300ml (10 oz), and in the larger quart cartridge size. Sausage dispensing guns are available in capacities up to 600ml (20 oz). Two component Cordless caulk gun cartridge capacities range from 50ml to 1500ml (750x750ml). Our Two part epoxy dispensers have the power to dispense viscous materials through static mixers
